Western University Patient Care Center is a 68,000 square foot, three-story academic medical facility with a 600-space, seven-level parking structure. The building is located on the campus of Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.

The Patient Care Center is utilized by the Colleges of Internal Medicine, Optometry, Podiatry and Dentistry for outpatient services, multi-disciplinary teaching, professional student learning rotations and office space.

PMB developed and financed the 600-space parking structure to accommodate the new building and campus-wide student population. The University leases 100% of the patient care center and parking structure space on an off-balance sheet, long-term basis from PMB.
